Reuse recyled materials - reduce environmental impact- save cost

Today's choice for replacing natural wood profiles with a more durable solution, are limited to WPC (wood polymer composites) and PVC profiles.

Post consumer PVC is not typically recycled due to prohibitive cost regrinding and recompanding those resins. WPC profiles still exhibite weatherability issues (water absorption due to the high content of wood fibers) and are extremly heavy.

Most end-users prefer profiles made from recycled plastics - JSP has the answer with a wood-like (foamed) material, that has excellent (and proven) weathering performance.

New open cell foams will improve water filtration of waste water coming from bath, shower, washing machines and dish washers.

What can this mean to consumers? Longer lasting appliances, enhanced performance and reduction of mineral build up, reduced need for soaps and detergents and better cleaning at lower water temperatures.
