Memory foams are a very popular material for specialised bedding products. But there are some disadvantages of existing materials. Some retain too much body heat, some are not soft enough to suit everyone, and some simply cost too much for many people to afford.
Today all memory foams are polyurethane based, and are not easy to manufacture. For example, if too much moisture is applied during production, the foam can lose its "memory foam" performance over time. Do we have an alternative to PU foams?
